Cyber Catalyst Talent Solutions is seeking a Research & Impact Analysis Coordinator to support measurement, documentation, and reporting of program outcomes associated with Cyber Catalyst’s cybersecurity workforce initiatives.
This role focuses on program evaluation, research, data analysis, and evidence development aligned with reporting requirements under Public Safety Canada’s Cyber Security Cooperation Program (CSCP). The Coordinator will collect and analyze program data, conduct research on cybersecurity workforce trends, and prepare reports that demonstrate the measurable impact of Cyber Catalyst programs.

Key Responsibilities
Program Evaluation & Impact Measurement
- Collect and organize program performance data.
- Support development of evaluation frameworks, indicators, and metrics.
- Track learner participation, completion, and workforce outcomes.
- Assist with program impact assessments and continuous improvement cycles.
- Ensure evaluation processes are structured, consistent, and well‑documented.
CSCP Reporting & Compliance
- Support preparation of reporting materials required by Public Safety Canada (CSCP).
- Coordinate data collection and documentation from program teams.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, outputs, and results.
- Assist with drafting progress summaries and structured reports for funders.
Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct research on cybersecurity education, digital literacy, and workforce development.
- Identify emerging trends relevant to Cyber Catalyst program design.
- Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and comparative analyses.
- Summarize research findings for internal use and strategic planning.
Research Publications & Knowledge Sharing
- Draft research briefs, summary reports, and evidence-based insights.
- Support development of white papers and policy-oriented publications.
- Translate research into actionable insights for program teams.
- Assist with preparing presentations or briefing materials for stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Program Insights
- Analyze learner and program data to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities.
- Prepare summary dashboards, program snapshots, or data-driven reports.
- Support internal decision‑making with evidence-based recommendations.
- Consolidate insights across cohorts and program cycles.
Research Partnerships
- Support collaborations with academic institutions and research partners.
- Coordinate joint research activities, meetings, and documentation.
- Maintain records of research outputs, agreements, and collaborative activities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social sciences, education, cybersecurity, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in research, program evaluation, or data analysis
- Strong writing, analytical, and summarization skills
- Experience preparing reports or research briefs
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with program evaluation frameworks
- Experience analyzing workforce development or training programs
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or digital literacy initiatives
- Experience with academic or research partnerships
