CYBER CATALYST @ BCIT
Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cybersecurity Microcredential Intensive
BCIT Burnaby Campus | July 12–18, 2026
Protect What Matters. Build What’s Next.
Cyber Catalyst, in partnership with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), delivers a unique applied learning experience focused on industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure cybersecurity. This collaboration is further strengthened by Tech Vets Canada, which supports participants through mentorship, advanced preparatory guidance, and on-campus lab support during the bootcamp. Together, these partners combine BCIT’s industry-leading labs and instructional expertise with Cyber Catalyst’s flexible, employment-focused training model to create a powerful pathway for Military, Veteran, and Family learners to build real-world skills and transition into high-demand cyber roles across Canada.
Industrial systems power Canada’s energy, water, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. As cyber threats increase, so does the need for professionals who understand both IT and Operational Technology (OT).
The BCIT Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity Microcredential Intensive is a one-of-a-kind, fully funded training pathway designed to prepare Veterans, Reservists, and Military Family Members (MVF) for careers protecting Canada’s critical infrastructure. Why This Program Matters
